We are looking for people who possess suitable vehicles to join our expanding courier fleet, servicing the Perth Metro and outer Metro areas.
We have vacancies for immediate starts for the following vehicles:
- Utes and one tonne flat-tops (roof racks and tow ball preferred but not required)
- One and two tonne vans
- Hatchbacks or sedans (White or light colour in good condition)
- 3 tonne tautliner
- 3 tonne flatbed with gates
- 5 tonne tautliner with taillift

How much can I earn as an owner-driver ?
This depends on the size and type of the vehicle you supply and the hours you elect to work. The larger your vehicle the more capacity you have to earn. Also, the more hours you work and the more knowledgeable about customers and the roads you become, the more you get paid!
What do I need to become an owner-driver for CTI?
Your Own Vehicle
CTI is in need of well-presented and mechanically sound and roadworthy vehicles of all shapes and sizes.
Good Communication
We require you to have good spoken and written English communication skills.
Driver's Licence
This is obvious, but we require a current and clean WA Driver's Licence, with licence type suited to the vehicle you drive.
Australian Citizen or Work Visa
Entitlement to work full time in Australia (sorry, can't be a student visa).
Physically Capable
By that we don't mean you have to be a ninja warrior, but there will be some manual loading and unloading.
Self Motivated
In effect, you become an extension of our customers’ business, so you are a very important part of the supply chain.

Ok you have a vehicle, but do you have what it takes? Probably, but we would like to meet you in person to see where you would best fit in our growing fleet.

You’re on team! But there are a few things we need to show you first, including our booking technology and most importantly making sure you are safe!
Frequent questions
What does a courier do?
A courier delivers goods with their own vehicle on behalf of the courier company and receives a commission in return.
What are the working hours?
Work is available Monday to Friday, and can include after-hours and weekends. We also have school friendly hours for those with school-aged children.
How often do I get paid?
Fortnightly.
What does CTI supply?
CTI supplies your uniforms and vehicle signage to the value of about $350 free of charge on the basis that you fulfil your first six months of service.
What condition does my vehicle need to be?
Vehicles must be maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
Do you have minimum pay?
There is no minimum pay. However, your earnings will depend on the number of deliveries you complete. You will be part of an organisation with multiple transport brands providing the potential to earn more.
Do I need experience?
Some transport experience is helpful, however not necessary. Training will be provided.
